The Vegetarian Resource Group web site has a wide variety of useful information for you or to help others learn more about vegetarianism. From recipes to nutritional information to a vegetarian game, there is something for everyone. If you do not have Internet access from home or work, most libraries offer free access.

In 1997, the Vegetarian Journal published a series of special inserts geared toward raising vegetarian families. You can find most of the articles on the web site. Visit http://www.vrg.org for articles on vegan pregnancy, a list of young people's books with vegetarian or animal rights themes, and traveling with vegan children.The web site also contains excerpts from the Journal dating back to the July/August issue of 1993. Perhaps you missed the articles such as The Vegetarian Traveler (May 97), Sources for Vegan Items (Nov 94), The Fat Tax: An Idea Whose Time Has Come (Jul 93), or the Guide to Nondairy Frozen Novelties (May 94). All the materials on the web site may be copied for non-commercial use as long as you leave them intact and give credit to The Vegetarian Resource Group.
